Returns Coordinator

Job Title: Returns Coordinator

Hours: 39 Hours Monday – Friday

Job Purpose: Responsible for handling product and delivery returns, organising and presenting returns information to other departments, reviewing and responding to customer complaints, incoming telephone calls and raising non stock credits.  The Returns Coordinator is also responsible for ensuring that all decisions made regarding returns are made with consideration for both the customer and the Company.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the company returns process is followed correctly end to end in a timely manner, whilst ensuring that all decisions made regarding returns are made with consideration to both the customer and the Company
  • Maintain compliance within the Company’s returns policies and procedures
  • Attend weekly QC meetings along with our QC team and the factory to improve quality and prevent issues where possible
  • Responding to customer complaints, trust pilot and google reviews
  • Coordinate with personnel to ensure excellent customer service and that all returns are processed in a timely manner and that the customers are advised accordingly
  • Responsible for organizing and presenting returns and credit data to department managers on a monthly basis
  • Process price and carriage charge credits as requested by Sales, Customer Service and
    E-Commerce

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Previous experience of a returns/after sales or similar role is essential
  • Must show confidence and resilience when making decisions
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Area Sales Manager – Midlands & East Anglia

Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Midlands & East Anglia

Hours:  39 Hours per week Monday – Friday

Job Purpose: To work outside the office environment to maximise sales of the Deanta product range. Develop and work towards sales strategies to generate leads, attract new clients and close sales to achieve weekly quotas.

Responsibilities:

  • Selling a comprehensive range of high-quality interior doors and accessories business to business.
  • Concentrating on developing relationships with independent merchants and specialist door retailers to manage/ expand those accounts.
  • Build a good understanding of local commercial environment to build leads and opportunities for our customers.
  • Account management and building relationships with our customers.
  • Liaising with the internal support staff and marketing team to maximise sales within your geographical area.
  • Organising your own diary and visits in order to develop relationships.
  • Dealing with multiple order values ranging from £2k – £60k daily.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven track record of field-based sales, selling to builder merchants
  • Experience of gaining and developing relationships with clients
  • New business hunter mentality

E-Commerce Partner Executive

Job Title: E-Commerce Partner Executive

Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Job Purpose: To manage the commercial relationship with existing large E-Commerce Customers

Responsibilities:

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Manage high volumes of incoming orders, emails, calls
  • Work collaboratively as a team to ensure all main tasks are completed within the scheduled work rota, to ensure maximum efficiency to the customer
  • Make commercially minded decisions which benefit both the customer and the business in the long term
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to push through solutions in real-time to ensure the highest customer satisfaction and escalating to the E-Commerce Lead Partner manager when required
  • Achieving monthly sales targets

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in servicing and managing high-level accounts, to a high standard
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to work within a team environment and remain disciplined on daily tasks
