At Deanta we want to provide the best products without compromising on our commitment to ensure sustainability throughout our supply chain and to our responsibilities for the environment. We are focused on reducing our carbon footprint, helping to protect our planet, and ensuring we have a positive impact on our society, economy, and the environment. At Deanta we have implemented many schemes to achieve this commitment.
Our Commitment to the Environment

Self sustaining
Our solar panels create enough energy for our building to be self-sustainable for seven months every year.

Recyclable waste
>We reduce our impact on the environment by recycling 98% of all our onsite paper and wood waste.

FSC® Certified products
>We are certified by the Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®) and responsibly source our products.

Reduced plastic
We use mains water dispensers to reduce the use of plastic bottles and help the environment.

Sensor lighting
We have sensor lighting throughout our site to ensure that no power is wasted when not in use.

Electric charging ports
Our site is fitted with electric charging ports to encourage the use of electric cars.

Recycled paper
We only print on FSC certified recycled paper stocks where possible.

Bike to work scheme
We encourage our employees to take up the bike to work scheme.
Our commitment to sustainability
At a time where there is continued depletion of natural resources it is our responsibility to ensure that we are using timber from forests that use best practice and recognised schemes to maintain forest biodiversity, productivity and ecological processes as well as protecting the rights of the local people.
All of our prefinished products are certified by the Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®) which is indicated on the individual product pages of our brochure. We are able to trace the timber to managed forests ensuring that we are providing products that are sustainably sourced even for those which do not currently carry FSC® certification.
