## Fire door certification

Deanta fire doors are third-party certified to the BM TRADA Q-Mark scheme, with selected models also holding Certifire accreditation, and are tested to BS EN 1634-1 in support of compliance with Approved Document B. Deanta manufactures its own doors, including fire door glazing and finishing, which gives full traceability across every stage of production. Products are covered by a 10 year warranty and are made using FSC certified timber. Certification and traceability documentation is available on request via sales@deanta.co.uk. Fire door performance claims should always be checked against the certification for the specific product code and configuration rather than assumed from the range name.

## Technical guidance

- Maximum trimming allowance is 32mm total across width and height on standard and metric doors, 30mm on FD30 fire doors, and 6mm on architectural flush and Urban range doors. Trimming must be done in equal increments.
- Prefinished doors are factory finished and ready to hang. Unfinished doors are supplied ready for a finish of the customers choice. Walnut is available prefinished only. White doors are primed ready for painting.
